We pride ourselves on delivering a personal touch, with many of our repeat clients trusting us year after year to remember exactly what makes their stay special; from the same grocery lists and favourite wines to preferred babysitters and thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. Let us know as much as possible about your group so we can deliver the service that suits you best. If your party includes infants or children, we're on hand to provide essential equipment such as cots and high chairs, and can also design family-friendly itineraries to make sure both adults and children get the most out of your holiday. Would you like a restaurant where your table is right on the beach so the children can play while you relax after lunch? We have you covered - and if you'd like a night out, we can connect you with one of our trusted babysitters.

From your first enquiry, a dedicated team member will guide you through every step to ensure your holiday is seamless. Villa pre-stocking is a given, and at properties with private chefs, we can provide sample menus to help you plan your meals in advance - something most villas require for your first couple of days. If your chosen property doesn't come with a chef but you'd like the service, just let us know; extra services can always be arranged.

Beyond your accommodation, our comprehensive concierge team can organise anything you wish, including luxury private catamaran cruises, horseback riding, rum-tasting experiences, ATV excursions, zip-lining, and scenic island tours. We are pleased to secure restaurant reservations, surf lessons or equipment hire, and photographic shoots for special occasions or memories. For truly memorable evenings, we can organise the island's best musicians to perform at your villa or a cocktail specialist to entertain you and your guests. We've even had the pleasure of chartering planes and sending guests to neighbouring islands for a vacation within their vacation! Though we do advise you to let us know early if island-hopping is something you'd want to try. tHE BOOKING PROCESS

1. Get in touch

Once you've made contact, you'll be appointed a team member who will work with you throughout the process, handling property selection, your itinerary and any specific requirements during your stay.

2. Selecting your property

Once we have an idea of your requirements we can put together a short-list of properties to suit you. We would need to know your party's number and if you are celebrating any special occasions. Other requirements might include minimum number of bedrooms, sea view, beachfront property, home office, gym or yoga studio.

Of course if you've already seen your perfect property on the website (even on someone elses!) feel free to make a property-specific enquiry.

3. Confirmation

Once you've selected your property, we'll make sure its available and confirm pricing. To confirm booking we take a 25% deposit payable by bank transfer or credit/debit card. The amount of deposit varies if you're travelling around Christmas and New Year, as most properties will require a 50% deposit for this peak time. Balances are typically due 90 days prior to your arrival.
