To reserve
A deposit of 30% confirms the dates. The balance is due 60 days before arrival, or in full if you’re booking inside 60 days. A refundable security deposit of $4,000 is also required.
Cancellation
A cancellation charge applies on a sliding scale: 10% of the booking more than six months before arrival, 25% between three and six months, 50% between one and three months, and the full amount inside one month. Travel insurance is strongly advised.
