Kaiso
Positioned directly on the shoreline, Kaiso is the estate’s impressive four bedroom beachfront villa. Floor to ceiling doors flood the open plan living and dining spaces with natural light while framing uninterrupted views across the Caribbean Sea. The interiors flow effortlessly onto the expansive pool terrace, where guests can spend their days relaxing beside the private swimming pool and jacuzzi or enjoying the cooling sea breezes from the shaded outdoor lounge.
The villa offers four spacious en suite bedrooms arranged across two levels, with three located upstairs and one conveniently positioned on the ground floor, making it ideal for guests seeking easier access.
Designed for entertaining, Kaiso features a generous covered gazebo with seating for up to sixteen guests, creating the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, long lunches and memorable dinners overlooking the ocean.
A fully equipped exercise studio, complete with free weights, a gym bench and yoga equipment, also serves as a convenient pool house with its own bathroom, allowing guests to move effortlessly between the beach, pool and villa.
Kai
Nestled just behind Kaiso amongst beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, Kai provides a peaceful and private retreat with its own distinctive character. The three bedroom villa combines elegant contemporary interiors with relaxed Caribbean style, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.
Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while a third occupies the ground level. An additional flexible room can be used as a home office for guests working remotely or as additional sleeping space for larger groups.
Outside, a private plunge pool sits beneath a partially covered terrace surrounded by lush tropical planting, offering a tranquil place to relax after a day on the beach. A private pathway leads directly to the shoreline, ensuring the crystal clear waters of Barbados’ West Coast are always just moments away.

Rates are subject to 10% tax and 2.5% local management fees.

Reservation deposit is 30%. Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 15% of the gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation made 60 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Year’s reservations are non-refundable.
