Welcome to Kaiso, an exceptional four-bedroom beachfront villa occupying a prime position on Barbados’ prestigious Platinum Coast. Designed to make the most of its spectacular beachfront setting, Kaiso features bright, open-plan living and dining spaces that flow effortlessly onto the expansive pool terrace. Large glass doors fill the interiors with natural light while framing the beautiful ocean views, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and wonderfully inviting.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three spacious guest suites are located on the upper floor, while the fourth bedroom is positioned on the ground level, providing a convenient option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Every bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy and a peaceful retreat at the end of each day.
Outdoor living is at the heart of the Kaiso experience. The private heated swimming pool and integrated Jacuzzi overlook the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, while shaded seating areas and comfortable sun loungers provide the perfect setting for long, leisurely days beside the water.
A spacious covered gazebo accommodates up to sixteen guests for alfresco dining, making it an idyllic spot for relaxed breakfasts, long lunches, sunset cocktails and memorable evenings with family and friends.
With the beach just steps away, guests can spend their days swimming, snorkelling or simply relaxing beside the sea. The shoreline directly in front of the villa naturally changes throughout the year as seasonal tides reshape the beach, while the protected reef just offshore creates calm waters that are ideal for snorkelling and observing Barbados’ colourful marine life.
Guests wishing to enjoy wider stretches of soft sand and shallow swimming can take a short stroll along the shoreline in either direction, where beautiful areas of calm, crystal-clear water are easily accessible.
For those wishing to maintain their fitness routine while away, Kaiso also features a dedicated wellness studio equipped with free weights, a workout bench, yoga mats and yoga blocks. The studio doubles as a convenient pool house, with direct access to a bathroom for guests moving between the beach, swimming pool and villa.
