Welcome to Kai, a charming three-bedroom villa offering a peaceful and private retreat just moments from the beautiful beaches of Barbados’ West Coast.
Set immediately behind its sister property, Kaiso, the villa enjoys dedicated beach access while remaining conveniently close to the island’s renowned restaurants, beach clubs and attractions. Its relaxed atmosphere and flexible accommodation make it an excellent choice for couples, families or small groups seeking an easy-going Caribbean escape.
The villa features two bedrooms on the upper floor and a third bedroom on the ground floor. A separate office provides a comfortable space for guests wishing to work remotely and may also be arranged as an additional sleeping area upon request.
Warm, Caribbean-inspired interiors combine comfort with understated elegance, creating inviting spaces in which to relax throughout your stay. Although Kai is conveniently positioned close to the main road, thoughtful landscaping and the villa’s private setting create a surprisingly tranquil and secluded atmosphere.
Outside, the semi-covered terrace overlooks lush tropical gardens and a private plunge pool, approximately 4.5 feet deep. This peaceful outdoor space is ideal for leisurely breakfasts, refreshing afternoon swims or evening cocktails after a day spent exploring the island.
Kai is also equipped with a range of security and smart-home features, providing guests with additional peace of mind while preserving the villa’s relaxed and welcoming ambience.
The beach directly in front of the property naturally changes with the seasons and tidal conditions. An offshore reef creates sheltered waters that are particularly well suited to snorkelling and discovering the colourful marine life found along the coast.
For guests wishing to enjoy soft sand and calm, shallow swimming, beautiful stretches of crystal-clear water can be reached within a short walk along the shoreline in either direction.

Kai can also be rented together with neighbouring Villa Kaiso to create the Kaiso & Kai Estate, offering a total of seven bedrooms. This flexible option is ideal for larger families, multi-generational holidays or groups travelling together while still enjoying the privacy of two individual villas.
