The villa is fully detached and features a bright, open-plan living and dining area designed for relaxed island living. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay, while the covered terrace extends the living space outdoors and provides a pleasant spot for breakfast, afternoon drinks or quiet evenings overlooking the gardens.

Royal Villa 7 accommodates up to six guests across three en-suite bedrooms. One guest bedroom is located on the entrance level and is furnished with a queen-sized bed, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs.

The remaining two bedrooms are situated on the lower level. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen television with Apple TV and a spacious en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and separate shower. It opens directly onto a sun terrace overlooking the pond and landscaped gardens.

The second lower-level bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has an en-suite shower room. It also opens onto a private covered terrace leading to the shared sun terrace, allowing guests to enjoy the villa’s peaceful surroundings throughout the day.
