Resort Memberships & Guest Access
Royal Westmoreland offers an exceptional range of resort facilities; however, access to these amenities depends on the membership held by the individual villa owner.
Properties within the estate fall into three membership categories: Full Membership, Social Membership and No Membership. Each offers a different level of access to the resort’s facilities, including the championship golf course, swimming pools, fitness centre, tennis and padel courts, and exclusive beach facilities at Mullins.
Guests staying in villas with Full or Social Membership can enjoy many of the resort’s amenities, subject to the applicable resort facilities fee. Golf privileges vary depending on the membership category, with additional green fees and booking restrictions applying.

For keen golfers, a property with Full Membership offers the greatest flexibility and access to the golf facilities.
For guests who prefer spending their days at the beach, enjoying the swimming pools or making use of the fitness and sporting amenities, a villa with Social Membership may be equally suitable.
For those seeking a private luxury villa within the security and beautifully maintained surroundings of Royal Westmoreland, without needing the communal amenities, a property with No Membership may also be an excellent choice.
